How far in advance should I book a private event at Blue Heron Pines?
For weekend events and peak-season dates (May through October), we recommend reaching out 4 to 8 months in advance to secure your preferred date — peak summer Saturdays in the Atlantic City area book especially fast. Smaller weekday events and off-season bookings (November through April) often have more flexibility and can sometimes be confirmed within 4 to 6 weeks.
