Blue Heron Pines is home to the New Jersey Academy of Golf (NJAG), a full-service golf school operating on-site in Galloway, NJ. Bruce Chelucci has been a teaching professional for 16+ years and leads the New Jersey Academy of Golf as its founder and Director of Instruction. Bruce is a long-time instructor for former NCAA individual champion Joanna Coe, now an LPGA Tour professional who trained with Bruce for 17 years beginning at Blue Heron Pines at age 11. His students include Division I collegiate players and high school competitors across the region.
Summer Golf Camps for All Ages & Abilities
NJAG’s Summer Golf Camp runs weekly, Monday through Thursday, throughout July and August, with half-day sessions starting at 9:00 AM. Every week’s camp covers the full game: full swing, pitching, chipping, sand play, specialty shots, and putting. All ages and abilities are welcome — it’s a comprehensive primer for adult beginners returning to the game and a skill-builder for more experienced players who want focused, structured reps under expert supervision. Junior campers are also welcome.

Private Golf Lessons with Bruce Chelucci
NJAG’s private lessons are built around you — your swing, your goals, and the part of your game you most want to improve. Every session is hands-on instruction with Bruce or a member of his instruction team, using video, launch-monitor data, and on-range feedback to diagnose and refine. Students can book single lessons for a specific tune-up, or subscribe to the Academy for a longer-term development program with consistent coaching access.

Weekly Clinics & Weekend Group Sessions
Beyond private lessons, the Academy runs a weekly rotation of group and clinic sessions throughout the golf season. Tuesday and Thursday private clinics cover full-swing fundamentals and short-game skills in small-group formats. Saturday and Sunday group sessions offer a social, on-range format for players who learn best alongside others at a similar level.
